SageLumin is an independent children's creative recognition website operated by LumaNavi LLC. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through sagelumin.com.

Phase 1 — No data collection

The current version of SageLumin is a static editorial website. We do not operate user accounts, collect personal information through forms, or use tracking cookies. No child data is collected at this time.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes. These logs are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Nomination feature — coming soon

When the nomination feature launches, this policy will be updated to include full COPPA-compliant disclosures about the limited information collected from nominators and the strict protections in place for children. No child data will be collected without verifiable parental consent.
