Designated Agent

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), LumaNavi LLC has registered a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a notice

To file a notice of claimed copyright infringement, please provide the following in writing to our Designated Agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the site
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
